I have to tell you about a ladies breakfast I just had at my home. I made three great quiches – one standard quiche Lorraine, one crustless quiche that was wonderful, and one lactose free quiche. Just goes to show you can please all appetites and needs and still be sociable. I also included homemade blueberry muffins from our blueberry farm and lots of fruit. We had such a great time, visiting, strolling through the garden and enjoying breakfast with coffee on the patio.

I just wore the Chef’s Apron yesterday while making a great lemon meringue pie for dinner with friends. Kept my clothes clean and looked great while doing it. And the pie turned out great. It’s a recipe from Southern Living magazine, and was fun and easy to make. Just the right amount of pucker!
